Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Partners & Timeframes
- United States & Canada: 5–8 business days (DHL / FedEx)
- Europe (EU & UK): 5–10 business days (DHL Express)
- Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days (SF Express / DHL)
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in our Chameleon Box — a plain, unbranded brown box with no product descriptions or logos visible on the exterior. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
